WESIE’s Online Sports Academy's Mission is to transform communities through teaching. We want to empower, enable and inspire coaches, sports personnel and others to become great through learning and practicalising what they learn. We feel this model is the best way to offer valuable content to a maximal number of people within the sporting community.

We need rules to keep the platform and services safe for you, us and other users. Thus, these terms and conditions apply to all your activities on this platform and related services.

You need an account to use this platform including to purchase and enrol on a course. To set up and maintain your account, you must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information including a valid email address. It is your complete responsibility to look after your account and protect it from any harm or damage caused by someone else using your account. This means you need to be careful with your password and user details. Do not transfer your account to someone else or use someone else’s account without their permission.  keep your password somewhere safe, because you’re responsible for all activity associated with your account. If you suspect someone else is using your account, let us know by contacting us. If you do share your user details with someone else, you are responsible for what happens with your account.

Notify us with immediate effect upon learning that someone else maybe using your account without your permission or if you suspect any other breach of security. We may request some information from you to confirm that you are indeed the owner of your account.

Users of our platform must be over 18 years of age or above the age of consent for online services in your country. Users under the age of 18 may still be able to use our platform, but will need a parent or caretaker to set up an account on their behalf in order to access age appropriate courses. We will terminate the accounts of underaged users and reserve the right to request identity verification in some cases.

When you enrol in a course, we grant you access for a set period of time, usually about 6 weeks. Though you can access the course at any time during that period (except when we must disable our course for legal or policy reasons), it is important for you to finish the course, tasks and quizzes during that timeframe. At no point should you try to transfer or resell courses in any way whatsoever.

Your use of the services and behaviour on our platform must comply with applicable local or national laws or regulations of your country.

We have set up this platform with the best of intent, however like other platforms where people can post content and interact, some things can go wrong and you use WESIE’s Online Sports Academy at your own risk.

From time to time we may update these terms and conditions to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices (such as when we add new features) and we reserve the right to modify or make change to these terms at any time. If we make any significant change, we will notify you using prominent means such as by email notice sent to the email address specified in your account or by posting a notice through our services or an alert. Modifications become effective from the day they are posted unless stated otherwise.

Your continued use of our service after changes become effective shall mean that you accept those changes. Any revised terms shall supersede all previous terms.
